Delivery.

Carrier. In Switzerland, Swiss Post. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Time. Swiss Post usually delivers within 1 to 2 working days. We can't control the carrier, but we'll chase them with you.

Receiving. Check the box before signing if you can. If it's damaged, take photos of the box and the skis and write to us within 48 hours. We deal with the carrier, you don't.

Wrong address? As long as the order hasn't shipped, write to us with the new one. Once it's with the carrier we'll do our best, but we can't promise.
