No. Check out as a guest. You'll get an order confirmation by email as soon as payment goes through.
How do I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, UnionPay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal and Klarna.
Can I change or cancel my order?
As long as it hasn't shipped — and, for a mounted ski, as long as we haven't drilled it — yes. Write to us with your order number. Once a ski is mounted to your details, it's yours.
Is the price the same in stores?
Yes. Same price online and in store, and no discounts before, during or after the season. One price, everywhere.
Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet. If you really want one, write to us and we'll sort something out.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
Switzerland, with free shipping.
How long does it take?
An unmounted ski or a pair of skins ships within 3 working days. A mounted ski ships within 5 working days after we receive your set-up details. Add the carrier's time: Swiss Post usually delivers within 1 to 2 working days.
How much is shipping?
Free. On everything. For now.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. You'll get a tracking link by email when it ships.
My skis arrived damaged.
Sorry. Take photos of the box and the skis before you do anything else, and write to us within 48 hours. We'll handle it with the carrier.
Sizing
Which length should I take?
Start with the size guide: height and weight give you a range. Between two sizes, go longer for stability, shorter for quick and playful. Then ask us if you're still unsure — it takes one email.
Which ski is for me?
Piste: Carver. A bit of everything: Recreation. Freeride and powder: Celebration. Or take the Ski Finder — five questions, one minute.
Are the skis gender-specific?
No. Three models, ten lengths, everyone. Pick by height, weight and style.
Bindings & mounting
Can I buy a binding on its own?
No. Bindings are sold mounted on a Simply., which is how we keep mounting free and done right.
How does mounting work?
Add a binding on the ski page. After checkout we email you a two-minute form: boot sole length, weight, height, age and skier type. Our ski techs drill on the mark, mount and set the binding, and ship. Five working days after we have your details.
Which binding for my ski?
Squire 11 for the Carver and the shorter Recreation; Griffon 13 for the longer Recreation and the Celebration; Jester 16 if you're heavy or ride very hard; Kingpin 10 for touring. Details on each ski page.
I want a different binding.
Fine. Write to us with the model and your boot sole length. We'll confirm the price and mount it by hand.
What about the brake width?
We choose it for your ski at mounting. Nothing for you to pick.
Do you mount outside Switzerland?
Not yet. Outside Switzerland we ship skis unmounted; any shop can mount them on the printed mark.
Where's the mounting point?
Printed on the ski. It's the only position we recommend, and the one our techs use.
Can I return a mounted ski?
No. It's been drilled and set to your details, so it can't go to anyone else. Check the size before you add a binding — we're happy to help.
Returns & warranty
Can I return my order?
Unmounted skis, skins and beanies: yes, within 10 days, unused and in their original packaging. Mounted skis: no.
Who pays return shipping?
You do, unless the product is faulty — then it's on us, label included.
How long is the warranty?
Two years from purchase against manufacturing defects.
What does it cover?
Manufacturing defects that affect how the ski rides — delamination, structural failure, a sidewall or base coming off without impact. Not covered: normal wear, cosmetic marks, impacts on rocks or rails, crashes, bindings mounted off the mark or by a non-professional.
Something broke. What now?
Write to us with your order or proof of purchase, the serial number (NFC tag under the mounting point) and a few photos. We inspect at the workshop, then repair or replace. Details on the warranty page.
The skis
Where are the skis made?
In Le Châble, at the foot of Verbier. Design, prototyping, production, finishing and mounting — all under one roof, at our partner workshop First Track.
What is the fish tail for?
On the Recreation and Celebration it does real work: it lets the tail drift and release in soft snow and keeps the ski surfy. On the Carver it's mostly signature — and a slightly kicked tail for switch carving. On all three, it's reinforced.
Can I ride switch?
Yes — and you should. Piste and park, no problem. Deep snow, only if you know what you're doing. Same as any ski.
Can I use my own skins?
Yes. Cut them for the shape and check the nose and tail fixings before you go. Or take ours — Pomoca, pre-cut, ready.
How do I look after them?
Wax when the base looks dry, sharpen when the edges stop biting (0.5° base, 88° side), store dry. The NFC tag under the mounting point links to the care notes.
