Warranty.

What we promise. Every Simply. is covered for 2 years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects that affect how the ski rides. If we can't repair it in a reasonable time, we replace it. If we can't replace it, we refund it.

What's covered. Delamination of the topsheet, sidewalls or base without impact; structural defects; inserts or fibre coming loose; anything that comes from how the ski was built.

What isn't. Normal wear and cosmetic marks — scratched bases, dull edges, topsheet chips, fading. Impacts on rocks, rails or anything hard. Crashes and abusive use. Bindings mounted off the printed mark, by a non-professional, or drilled outside the reinforced plate. Modifications we didn't recommend.

How it works. Write to us with your proof of purchase, the serial number (hold your phone to the NFC tag under the mounting point), the binding details and a few photos. We inspect the ski at the workshop in Le Châble — the same place it was built — and get back to you with repair, replacement, or an honest explanation. Warranty exchanges ship with a return label; please reuse the box.

Beyond the warranty. A ski made here can be fixed here. Out-of-warranty repairs and tuning are quoted case by case.
